Theme/Concept

What is the “new normal” for Swiss women working in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry? This series is based on exchanging experiences and strategies to create a better “new normal”. Practitioners and academics will discuss current and potential solutions for improving policies to better balance work and private life.

This webinar session will be dedicated to YOUR stories. We invite you to share your struggles, successes, surprises, funny anecdotes, bizarre moments, surreal experiences and lessons for the future.
Please send your less than 500-word story in any language, although it will be translated to English for sharing in the session, to
mcnally@dfab.ch by Thursday, 12. November. Those who contribute a tale will have the opportunity to present their tales in person (virtually) during the webinar session on 18. November or, if you wish, we will are happy to anonymize your contribution and read it for you (also if you cannot attend but would like to submit anyway).
